Svaneholmskolan is a F-6 school with just over 100 students. The school is beautifully situated along the Viskan River and serves as a natural hub for the small community.

At Svaneholmskolan, we work systematically with development through collegial learning driven by the school's lead teachers. We believe in the power of sharing experiences, reflecting together, and building on each other's strengths, always aiming to continuously improve the teaching for our students.

You will be responsible for teaching the subject of craft, including textile craft and wood and metal craft, for grades 3-6. The role includes independently planning, implementing, following up, analyzing, and adapting the work in various ways, but also working closely with other staff. You will also receive students from Kinnarummaskolan for craft instruction at Svaneholmskolan.

We are looking for a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach craft. As a person, you are confident in your leadership and have the ability to lead and motivate students while creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. You communicate clearly and are skilled at interacting with students, colleagues, and guardians. You build sustainable relationships based on mutual respect and have the willingness and drive to take responsibility for the academic and social development of students together with the team. You have an interest and willingness to develop methods and approaches that benefit all students.
